Connection over correction.

I work with men, fathers, families, teens, and organizations on the attachment patterns that drive disconnection — using the most evidence-based model for repair in existence.

The Work

Most people I work with aren't broken — they're adapted.

What looks like defiance, withdrawal, or emotional shutdown is almost always an attachment strategy that once made perfect sense. The teen years aren't something to survive — they're the most powerful window for repairing attachment you'll ever have. For men, the patterns that protected them are now costing them. For organizations, correction culture creates the very disconnection they're trying to treat.

I trained directly with Dr. Daniel P. Brown and Dr. David Elliott in Integrative Attachment Therapy — one of six certified IAT clinicians in the United States. The work is grounded in neuroscience, attachment research, and a contemplative framework most clinicians never encounter.

Organizations & Teams

Bringing attachment science
into the workplace.

Most organizations talk about culture. Few have a working model for what actually drives disconnection — in staff, in teams, in the families they serve. That's what I build with organizations.

I consult with treatment programs, speak at conferences, provide CEU trainings for clinical teams, and work with leadership on the conditions that allow people to do hard work sustainably.
